This hotel on the edge of Sisters was in a great location and offered a large, comfortable room and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay even though the property is a bit dark and tired - but maybe that's the Ponderosa theme? Clean, easy parking, good front desk staff, excellent fresh breakfast with cheerful host - this hotel had everything we needed on our long road trip across the USA - all this ... and alpacas!

What a great place! We used the hot tub and stayed in the room until the final moment we had to leave and how generous to give us an 11 o’clock check out time. Unfortunately we didn’t eat breakfast as we were too busy talking in our room but apparently it’s rated quite delicious and it was a FULL breakfast. Sorry we didn’t venture downstairs for that. The beds were very comfy!

Everything, was Amazing. Every morning we had a great breakfast, family enjoyed the pool and sauna. The llamas were an extra added bonus. Coming and going was simple, day and day out as we had many activities planned and completed. The hotel made everything simple and easy throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Best Western.

The hotel was central to Sisters and had delicious breakfast options. They included GF toast and oatmeal as a nice surprise. The best two options were being able to go to the hot tub outside while covered but in the snow. The second best option was being able to view the alpacas! (We even got to see deer at the breakfast window!)

This was booked for my mother the day of my wedding. The ceremony was at 4pm and they were able to get her checked into her room early so she had time to prepare for the service at 4pm. The staff were very kind to her, and told her about local animals. She said that breakfast was wonderful. 🤗
